Actuaries Unlimited, Inc., the go-to retirement planning firm based in Encino, California, is pleased to announce the promotion of two esteemed employees to the role of Partner. Brian Gassman, Enrolled Actuary, CPA, QKA, and Alexandra Walker, Vice President of Operations, have been instrumental in the success of our company. We are proud to have them as leaders in our organization.
Brian Gassman is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. He has over 11 years of experience in the pension industry, including both accounting and actuarial work. He is an Enrolled Actuary and a CPA. Brian’s expertise includes the design and implementation of Defined Benefit, Cash Balance, Profit Sharing and 401(k) Plans, as well as the ongoing annual administration of these retirement plans. He began his career at an accounting firm, where he obtained his CPA license before joining the family business at Actuaries Unlimited, Inc. where he is proud to be a third-generation partner.
When he is away from the office, Brian enjoys working out and learning the ropes of being first-time parents with his wife to their new son.
Alexandra Walker has over 21 years of experience with Actuaries Unlimited, Inc. and currently serves as the Vice President of Operations. She previously held the positions of Director of Operations and Operations Manager. Alexandra’s extensive knowledge and experience in operations have been vital to the success of Actuaries Unlimited, Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Family and Consumer/Human Sciences from California State University, Northridge. Alexandra is passionate about finding the right solutions for each problem that comes her way and improving processes to help the team operate smoothly and efficiently. This solution-based mindset has proven to be a valuable asset to the team, solidifying the reliable services that Actuaries Unlimited, Inc. provides.
When she’s not watching her kid’s various sporting events, you can find her listening to country music and hiking with the new family pup.
